2. Business enquiries

The form sends the enquiry directly to the controller through the Resend technical email delivery service. No automatic email is sent to the visitor. Data are not used for newsletters or promotional communications without a separate, optional choice.
3. Essential website analytics
The controller consults only the aggregate measurements made available by the website publishing infrastructure, such as page views and unique visitors. No advertising service, marketing pixel, profiling tool or additional analytics software has been added to the website.
Purpose and legal basis
Measurements are used to verify that the website works and to understand its general use. Processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), applying data minimization and aggregate reporting.
Technical security data
Like any web service, the hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical network data, including IP addresses, to deliver pages, prevent abuse and ensure security and availability. The controller does not use such data to identify visitors or create commercial profiles.
Cookie
The website does not use profiling or advertising cookies. If non-essential tools are introduced in future, this notice and consent controls will be updated before activation.
Google Maps
The interactive map is not loaded automatically. Only when the visitor selects “View map” does the browser connect to Google Maps, which may receive technical data such as IP address, device and interactions under its own privacy policy. The external directions link can be used as an alternative.
4. Recipients, providers and transfers
Data may be processed by authorized personnel and providers needed to operate the website, email and IT systems, appointed as processors where required. Data may also be disclosed to advisers or authorities where required by law.
Resend, Inc. is used as the technical email provider to deliver enquiries submitted through the form. Resend processes the email address and enquiry content; any transfers to the United States are governed by applicable safeguards and the provider’s data processing agreement.
Where necessary to follow up the enquiry, data may be disclosed to Fonderia del Gelato S.r.l., which handles the commercial distribution of the product, in accordance with the privacy role formally assigned to the company.
For projects located in the United States, essential enquiry information may be shared with the local distributor only when necessary for assessment and after informing the person. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area will be carried out in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR and applicable safeguards.
No automated decisions or commercial profiling are carried out using submitted information.
5. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. Requests may be sent to info@cremecaramel.bio or the certified email address above. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
